10:45am – Registration opens: collect your name badge and drop your business card in for the Expo raffle draw; if you’re registered for the speed networking, collect your wristband(s)

11:00-11:10 – Sponsors Welcome: Expo business exhibition opens

11:15-11:40 – Opening talk: “What it takes to win the Great British High Street award – and the principles you can apply to your business” with John Martin and Rhian Aubrey-Martin of John Martin Estates on Pitshanger Lane, Ealing. John and Rhian led the winning #GBHighSt campaign for Pitshanger Lane in 2015, and John was a member of the #GBHighSt judging panel for 2018
