As event costs were covered by Ealing Council, the exhibition stand fees have been donated to two local charities chosen by the exhibitors: Ealing Heartlink; and Hope for Southall Street Homeless

Thursday 7 July 2022 was a day for highlighting business opportunities in this vibrant and diverse section of the borough, and creating ways for entrepreneurs to interact, connect and find ways of doing business together

What you get as an exhibitor at
Southall Business Expo 2022

Thu 7 July 2022 – Southall Manor House

– Three-sided display booth, table 4ft x 2ft, white tablecloth, one chair, space for one pull-up banner

– ‘Southall Expo Guide’ magazine listing including your logo and contact details – this will be published in print and online (and will be available at issuu.com/contactusealing before, during, and long after the event)

– Pre-event, during-event, and post-event promotion in the @ContactusEaling / @EalingBizExpo / @EventsBooster social media network across Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, via:

• promotional hashtags e.g. #SouthallBizExpo, #ExpoRetweetSaturday, #MeettheExhibitors, #ExpoPoll and #ExpoHour

• regular tags, shares and @mentions on social media

• membership in Contactus/Expo business groups on Facebook

– Monthly updates via the ‘Exhibitor News’ newsletter for exhibitors only, alongside the ‘Expo Update’ newsletter which goes out to all Expo mailing list subscribers

– Group exhibition training, speed networking, and 1:1 marketing advice and feedback

– Opportunities for closed exclusive networking with up to 25 other exhibitors (past feedback has named this exclusive networking as the #1 best reason for Expo exhibiting) including at pre-Expo exhibitor training sessions and exhibitor socials, both face-to-face and online e.g. WhatsApp group for exhibitors; Zoom meetings

– Opportunities for online pitching and networking with a wide range of businesses, while participating in the various networking events, networking sessions, panels, discussions etc

– Online reach of over 10,000 people via the Contactus social media network, alongside Ealing Council’s borough-wide marketing system

Exhibitors are at the heart of the Expo (we’re aiming for a good range of local businesses, to make the show a really exciting one), and are also the ones who gain the most out of the event, in terms of long-lasting publicity and promotion and real interpersonal connections

Note that the event is not set up as a market – free product samples are more strongly encouraged than direct selling

**Thanks to investment from London Borough of Ealing, exhibition costs for this event have been covered, and the exhibition fee that has been charged will be donated to a local charity**

Cancellation policy

If you happen to change your mind about exhibiting at the Southall Business Expo, you will be able to apply for a refund provided a written (email/DM) cancellation notice has been sent in time so that we have enough time to fill your stand space:
– cancelling up to one month before the event: 0% refund
– cancelling up to two months before the event: 20% refund
– cancelling more than two months before the event: 80% refund
