10:30am – screening starts for first group of 50 pre-confirmed visitors

10:45am – Registration opens

11:00am – screened visitors with first names A, B, C, D, E, F invited in

11:00am-11:10am – Welcome to Day 1 (Foyer)

11:10am-11:25am – Messages from sponsors (Foyer)

11:30am – Expo business exhibition opens (Ealing Suite – Exhibition Hall)

12:00noon – first group of visitors A-F leave

12:00noon – screening starts for second group of 50 pre-confirmed visitors

12:00noon-12:20pm – Presentation 1 (10 attendees in audience; also broadcast live on social media)

12:30pm – screened visitors with names G, H, I, J, K, L invited in

1:10pm – Break – please post on social media!

1:30pm – second group of visitors G-L leave

1:30pm-2:00pm – “Meet Me Halfway” Exhibitors/sponsors/speakers ONLY for physically distanced speed networking in middle of exhibition hall. Exiting attendees can have 1m+ 1:1s in the space outdoors

1:30pm – screening starts for third group of 50 pre-confirmed visitors

2:00pm – screened visitors with first names M, N, O, P, Q, R invited in

2:30pm-2:50pm – Presentation 2 (10 attendees in audience; also broadcast live on social media)

3:00pm – third group of visitors M-R leave

3:00pm – screening starts for fourth group of 50 pre-confirmed visitors

3:15pm – Break – please post about your day on social media!

3:30pm – screened visitors with first names S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z invited in

4:00pm-4:20pm – Presentation 3 (10 attendees in audience; also broadcast live on social media)

4:30pm – Exhibition closes; stands start packing up
