– The stand will be set up for you, no hassle, and will last at least one year

IN PERSON STAND – Wed 8 March 2023

– Early-bird exhibitors (book stands by 31 Dec 2022) will be invited to the VIP Breakfast on 8 March

Exhibitors’ investment in display space at the Expo is what powers the event and keeps it free for visitors to attend and participate. Exhibitors are at the heart of the Expo (we’re aiming for a good range of local businesses, to make the show a really exciting one), and are also the ones who gain the most out of the event, in terms of long-lasting publicity and promotion and real interpersonal connections.

Cancellation policy

If you happen to change your mind about exhibiting at the next Ealing Business Expo, you will be able to apply for a refund provided a written cancellation notice has been sent in time – the following schedule is needed because your investment gets put to work right away, as your business is promoted from the day you pay for your stand:
– cancelling up to one month before the event: 0% refund
– cancelling up to two months before the event: 20% refund
– cancelling more than two months before the event: 80% refund

Here’s what you get:

Everything that exhibitors receive (see list above), plus all the extras, that is:
i. name, logo and contact details on promotional materials e.g. flyers, banners, adverts etc
ii. speaking opportunities at the pre-Expo networking events
iii. name and logo as Expo sponsor on all online outlets (social media profiles, website, etc)
iv. to be named as sponsor in the Expo schedule on both days
v. first-choice subjects for exposure and promotion as opportunities arise (e.g. mentions or quotes for press releases, stories, etc)
vi. premium exhibiting positions
vii. access to stand-sitters (baby-sitters for your stand; please let’s arrange beforehand) during the Expo

For £200 select one from these options:

– banner and flyer sponsorship (your logo or business name on printed flyers, promotional banners as well as on the Expo website and in the printed/online event guide)
– speed networking sponsorship (opportunities to show your branding especially for the online parts of the event; and five minutes talk at the start of the session)
– 20-minute panel discussion sponsorship (promote your business in the last five minutes)
– Expo Guide full page advert (we can build your artwork if needed)
– co-funding to help cover running costs such as the Expo Guide production and printing; pre-Expo networking walk with Joanna Dudzinska; SansArt painting table; decorations; Expo freebies; videographer; photographer; post-event social, etc
– combination of any of the £100/£50 options including: 30-second promo video; display your pull-up banner; quarter-page advert in the Expo Guide
